MEMBERSHIP

Emergency roadside assistance is available throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For roadside service, simply call the toll-free numbers on your membership card. For account services, call 1-888-860-7623 ROAD.

  • Family members include spouse and children who are living at home or away at college. Children must be under the age of 22.
  • Limit up to 4 membership cards per active customer. Charges for new cards may apply after limit amount. For additional cards, please contact customer care 1-888-860-ROAD (7623).


ROADSIDE SERVICE INCLUDES

For prompt service, simply call the toll-free number listed on your membership card when you need Towing, Jump Starts, Tire Changes (with your inflated spare), Vehicle Fluid Delivery (cost of fluids extra), Lockout Assistance (cost of key cutting / replacement extra) and Concierge Service (emergency phone call support and assistance).

  • In order to receive service in the event of an emergency, cardholder must be at premise to present membership card with valid identification.
  • If member needs a tire change, but does not have a good spare, then service will turn into a tow service. 
  • If member runs out of gas, fuel delivery is covered, however member is responsible to pay for gas. 
  • Lockout assistance – service includes a standard lockout. If member has lost their key and wants a new key made, then the service call is included however, the costs of the keys made is the member's responsibility. 
  • Full road and towing services for all self-propelled, four-wheeled vehicles, trucks and RV’s with a carrying capacity of up to one ton (2000 pounds) designed, licensed, and used for private, on-road transportation up to fifteen miles from hook up to nearest service facility.
  • Partial road services for recreational vehicles and trucks with more than four wheels and/or a carrying of more than one ton consisting of starting and gasoline/diesel fuel delivery service only.
  • Motorcycles are provided for service


BENEFIT CLAIMS / LIMITS

Emergency roadside assistance benefit limits are available up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per incident and a maximum of three (3) incidents per any given twelve (12) month period during the terms of your membership. All Service fees exceeding this maximum benefit are the responsibility of the member. Only service requests provided through the phone numbers below will be honored. Services are not available in areas where state providers are exclusively utilized.

  • Customers are covered up to $100 “Sign & Drive.” That means if you have a vehicle tow and the service costs $108 – you are responsible for the $8.
  • “Sign & Drive” means you do not pay out-of-pocket to the on-site service provider. Instead, for your security, payment is rendered to the live dispatch agent.
  • “Per incident” means one issue. If a customer has their car towed home, then the next day towed to repair – that’s one incident (one breakdown). The customer would have $100 to cover both of those tows in that circumstance.

ROADSIDE SERVICE EXCLUDES

  • Service if member is not with the disabled vehicle.
  • Transportation for the member to the vehicle for service or from the vehicle to another destination after service has been rendered
  • Service will not be rendered in areas not regularly traveled, such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields or other places which would be hazardous for service vehicles to reach.
  • Towing of a vehicle off a boat dock or marina.
  • Delivery or Repair of tires.
  • Installation or Removal of snow tires and chains nor dismounting, repairing or rotating tires.
  • Vehicle’s storage charges.
  • Cost of Parts, installation, products, materials, impounding and additional labor relating to towing. Service of any kind on vehicles used for commercial purposes or using dealer tags.  (Note: All trucks in New York have commercial license plates whether they are used for business or private use.  If the truck is used for private use, we will dispatch.)
  • Service for taxicabs, tractors, boats, trailers, dune buggies, or vehicles used for competition, or stolen vehicles.
  • Service for unlicensed vehicles
  • Service for vehicles with expired safety inspection sticker, license plate sticker, and/or emission sticker(s) where required by law.
  • Service for vehicles illegally parked or impounded.
  • Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance  
  • Service when a vehicle is snowbound. We do not hoist, winch or shovel vehicles from unplowed areas, snow banks, snowbound driveways or curbside parking.

 
REIMBURSEMENT CONSIDERATION

To submit and qualify for reimbursement consideration, you must do the following:

Submit your application form within 30 days of the incident date. To obtain a reimbursement application form, please call 1-888-860-ROAD 7623. Provide itemized receipts for the expenses incurred.
